Nolan Eberl-Coe - seeking election as Regional Executive
Nolan has served as the Regional Executive for the previous 2 years. Many of you may know him from his active participation in the Texas Region Time Trials program or his many years as Hagerty's Territory Manager for North Texas. He has been involved in our sport since a very young age, attending his first track day in his home state of Colorado at the ripe age of 6 as the son and grandson of avid motorsports enthusiasts. Through his tenure at Hagerty he has partnered with the club both locally and nationally to engage a new generation of motorsports enthusiasts and grow our community to others.
Bob Neff - seeking election as Treasurer
Bob is seeking election to his third year as treasurer. He has been a member of Texas Region for 25 years, serving in various roles. Solo Chief of Tech(15 years), Time Trials Competition Director (10 years), Texas Region Board Member (7 years), Texas Region RE (6 years), and SowDiv Executive Steward & President. Bob brings his wide experience and excellent attention to detail to the treasury role.
Eric McGill - seeking election as Secretary
Eric is a familiar face at the Texas Region autocross events, where he has been managing the tech inspection process for several years. He is also active with our Time Trial program, serving on the Time Trial comittee and assisting with managing those events.
Matt Lucas - seeking election for Board of Directors
Matt is seeking to return to the board after a required 1 year hiatus following his 6 year term as Regional Executive. He is a 25 year SCCA member, all of which have been with Texas Region. Matt has held numerous leadership roles in the club, including Solo Board member, Solo ARE, Treasurer, Region Board Member, and most recently Regional Executive.
Paul May - seeking election for Board of Directors
Paul May has been an active SCCA member for 35 years. He has participated in every form of competition that Texas Region offers. He is also a judge of professional speaking at Formula SAE competitions, helping budding college students in automotive engineering. In addition to being a dedicated “track rat”, Paul also enjoys building vintage race cars and participating with other groups for on-track fun.
Paul May has previously served on the Texas Region Board of Directors and is asking for your vote to join the Board again. Paul values the “learning curve” and voices the need for beginning drivers to try something new or faster. He highly values efficiency in meetings, collaboration between all racing disciplines, and clear communication with those who benefit from a strong regional approach to having fun with cars.
