I have been active in Solo Events and to a lesser extent, Time Trial events. I have been a Solo Safety Steward for more than 25 years and have attended at least 95% of Solo and Regional board meetings. Past positions held with this club include ARE of Solo, Past Regional Board Member, Past Solo Board Member. Additionally Phil is the our Asst Chief of Safety (Solo), and has served as Divisional Liaison Officer for the Southwest Division of SCCA

This club has grown tremendously over the past 25 years, and I see nothing but continued growth for the future. I would appreciate your vote for another term on the Texas Region Board of Directors.

Ethan Wiseley - seeking election to the Board of Directors

Having grown up in Detroit with a father that built prototype vehicles for a living, I was naturally introduced to motorsports, the SCCA, and just about any other car related activity that you can imagine at a very young age. I remember attending SCCA events when I was young, and how it was a tight knit group of car enthusiasts who always held each other's interests as high as their own. I’m happy to say that the Texas region has shown me that this isn’t something that has changed over the years. Whether I’m at an autocross, road rally, or an occasional time trials, it’s always great to see members, regardless of their experience level, interact with one another with equal respect. As a business owner and an automotive enthusiast, I’m anxious to use my experience and passion to help our region continue to thrive, so that others can experience what I have been lucky enough to be a part of for most of my life.

Bob Neff - seeking election to the Board of Directors

2022 will be my 21st year as a member of SCCA and during the past 20 years I’ve served in a variety of positions within both Texas Region and the Southwest Division, including 3 years on the Texas Region Board and 6 years as region RE during which time we became a Jumbo Region by growing nearly 50% and were honored with the 2015 Region of the Year award by the National office. I’ve served as the Solo Chief of Tech for 14 years, as the region’s Time Trial Chief Steward/Safety Steward since I initiated that program 8 years ago, and most recently am serving as a Steward for the Southwest Division Road Racing program. During my time away from the Board over the past several years I’ve continued to participate in region meetings, providing ongoing input and support to region management, and feel it’s now an appropriate time for me to reassume a more active role in that regard.
